Stephen Ross

Before joining KEEL, Stephen served as the Director of Strategic Programs at MERRILL. During his time there, he played a key role in restructuring the estimating, proposal, and sales groups, which led to increased customer satisfaction and improved accuracy in quotes, resulting in higher win rates for the company. He also spearheaded a successful two-year initiative to double MERRILL’s engineering output and revenue.

With over 39 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, Stephen has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership skills. His career progression, from starting as a draftsman to eventually becoming a chief engineer, has equipped him with extensive expertise in engineering, project management, proposals, technical sales, and overseas manufacturing.
