Allen is the Chief Operating Officer and brings a diverse background in P&L and functional leadership roles within the commercial and defense markets. Starting his career as an hourly assembler, Allen has established a track record for building strong teams and delivering world class performance for our customers.
Before joining KEEL, Allen was the COO of Frontgrade and EVP for Mercury Systems. He spent over 10 years at Raytheon with the most recent role being the VP of Operations and Security for the Missiles and Defense business.
Allen is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces Infantry Reserves and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University.
