Silvia Van Dusen

Silvia is the Chief People Officer at Keel and a seasoned Human Resources executive with a track record of leadership in the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Most recently she served as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at LinQuest, overseeing HR, talent acquisition, and corporate communications and leading several successful acquisitions.

Previously, Silvia held key HR roles at Tireco and LISI Aerospace and ran her own consulting firm. She is recognized for transforming HR into a strategic partner and building strong organizational cultures.

Silvia holds an MBA from Walden University and a BASc from the University of La Verne.
