William Gully III oversees all activities pertaining to KEEL team members and a talented team of HR professionals. Before KEEL, William served as the VP of HR for Refuel Operating Company, LLC.
Throughout his distinguished career, William developed strong expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, training, engagement, safety, policy administration, succession planning, benefits, HRIS systems, corporate communications, vendor management, performance management, ESG, leadership development, project/change management, and investigations/legal compliance.
William successfully managed and led HR operations for union and non-union food processing facilities and also provided field support for retail and food service operations at a divisional and corporate headquarters level.
William earned his MBA from William Carey University and brings 20 years of progressive leadership experience and expertise in Human Resources.
